What is the difference between all the metals?

We currently stock bright aluminium, anodised aluminium, stainless steel, jewellers brass, bronze. copper and titanium jump rings. We also stock EPDM rings which are stretchy and latex free. For further information on all the different metals, please see here.

If you are commissioning one of my made pieces, the materials will be discussed as part of the design process.

When will I get my order?

Pre-Orders - These are sent as soon as the shipment has been sorted.

Custom Orders - You'll be advised of estimated shipping times during our discussion.

As of 1/1/2021, we are no longer included within the European market so this can effect shipping times. Also please note if you are purchasing from outside of the UK, any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For more detailed information, please see here.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days after it has shipped, please contact me and we can work together to resolve the issue.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Jump rings not the right size or colour for your project? No problem! Just return them for a refund, minus postage.

Commissions - are not eligible for a refund generally as you'll be involved at every stage from the design conception, to its completion.

What do all the numbers mean?

Chainmaille is a very numbers orientated craft and it can be overwhelming and confusing when you are just starting out. I've created a handy blog post aimed at answering the most common questions in more detail here

How do I choose the right size for a custom piece?

When ordering a pendant or a necklace, you'll need to decide on the length of chain. The diagram on the right should give you an idea of the kind of length you are looking for.

When ordering a bracelet, please measure around your wrist for a comfortable fit and order that length. Due to the nature of some weaves being flat, and some being more rounded this has an effect on the overall length - so if I know what size wrist I am making for I can adjust the length accordingly for the perfect fit.

For custom made clothing, please contact me to discuss sizing.
